In order for this partnership to be effective, subject leaders and governors must commit to the following actions –

  • Sharing of contact details and email to enable effective communication – through the clerk
  • At least termly meetings (3 x per year) between staff and governors
  • Effective communication from staff informing governors of any special events & sharing subject leader files
  • Governors’ support and attendance at some key meetings and events relating to the subject
  • Clerk to monitor visits and ensure governor visit forms are filled in and submitted each term
